
Fulfillment, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders placed through our website are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). We strive to ensure timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. When orders contain Pre-order products the dispatch of the entire order will be delayed until all items are ready to ship.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at addsomelemon@gmail.com.
3. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the product.
- Physical Products: Refunds are accepted for damaged or defective products.
- Service-Based Purchases: If your purchase includes a service, cancellations and refunds are only available before service delivery begins. If a service has already been rendered, no refunds will be provided.
4. Missing, Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
6. How to Request a Refund or Return

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase.

8. Import Charges & Duty Fees
Customer Responsibility for Import Charges:
- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other similar charges levied by the destination country's customs authorities.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on our website.
- The customer is solely responsible for paying any and all such import charges, duties, and taxes upon delivery or as otherwise required by the customs authorities in the destination country.
- We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Customs Clearance and Delays:
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure smooth customs clearance. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays, additional fees, or the return of the package.
Refusal to Pay Customs Charges:
- If a customer refuses to pay the required customs duties or taxes upon delivery, the package may be returned to us or abandoned by the customs authorities.
- In such cases, any return shipping costs, customs charges incurred by us, or administrative handling fees will be deducted from any eligible refund. If the package is destroyed or abandoned by customs, no refund will be issued.
Compliance with Local Laws:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with all import laws and restrictions in their country. We are not liable for any consequences arising from non-compliance.
Customs Documentation:
We are legally required to declare the full value and accurate contents of your order on all customs forms. We cannot alter this information (e.g., mark an item as a "gift" or declare a lower value) under any circumstances.
These tools are sold for performance & entertainment use only (some of which are subject to agreement of conditions of sale). Devices with connection capabilities are to be used with the buyer’s own devices only, otherwise explicit consent must be obtained and access authorised. Subject to local and international laws where applicable. Users solely responsible for compliance.
